PENGARUH KEPUASAN KERJA DAN MOTIVASI KERJA

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan: (1) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh frekuensi pemanfaatan layanan perpustakaan terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa Universitas Hasanuddin; (2) Untuk mengetahui Pengaruh intensitas pemanfaatan layanan perpustakaan terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa Universitas Hasanuddin; (3) untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis manakah faktor-faktor tersebut berpengaruh dominan dan signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada UPT Perpustakaan Universitas Hasanuddin Makassar dengan populasi seluruh mahasiswa Universitas Hasanuddin yang mengunjungi perpustakaan dengan sampel sebanyak 76 orang mahasiswa. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif untuk menjelaskan data frekuensi pemanfaatan berbagai layanan yang ada di perpustakaan dan prestasi belajar mahasiswa Unhas. Sedangkan Analisis regresi linear sederhana dengan rumus Koefisien Korelasi Product Moment digunakan untuk membuktikan adanya hubungan positif antara pemanfaatan layanan perpustakaan dengan prestasi belajar mahasiswa. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dugaan hipotesis Ho ditolak dan Hi diterima yaitu Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara pemanfaatan layanan perpustakaan dengan prestasi belajar mahasiswa di Universitas Hasanuddin. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa variabel pelayanan sirkulasi yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa. Kata kunci: Prestasi Belajar dan Layanan Perpustakaan Pemanfaatan ABSTRACT This study aims to: (1) To determine the effect of frequency of use of library services to Hasanuddin University student achievement, (2) To determine the effect of the intensity of use of library services on student achievement Hasanuddin University, (3) to identify and analyze the factors which dominant and significant effect on student achievement. This study was conducted at the University Library Unit Hasanuddin Makassar with the entire student population of the University of Hasanuddin who visited the library with a sample of 76 students. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis to describe the frequency of the use of a variety of data services in the library and student learning achievement Unhas. While a simple linear regression analysis with the Product Moment Correlation Coefficient formula is used to prove the existence of a positive relationship between the use of library services to the achievement of students. Research results show that the alleged hypothesis Ho is rejected and Hi There welcome the positive and significant relationship between the use of library services to the achievement of students at the University of Hasanuddin. The results also showed that the variables most dominant circulation services affect student achievement. Keywords : Learning Achievement and Library Service Utilization
