Tuberculosis (TB) is an infectious disease caused by the bacteria, Mycobacterium tuberculosis. TB typically affects the lungs, but it can also affect other organs, including the eyes. Infection by Mycobacterium tuberculosis inside the eye is called intraocular TB. There are several controversies related to the terminology, diagnosis, and therapy that result in varying prevalence of intraocular TB, different selection of diagnostic tests, and different duration of Anti-TB therapies.
ANALYSIS RISK FACTORS FOR NECK PAIN COMPLAINTS IN PRODUCTION WORKERS AT PT MARUKI INTERNATIONAL INDONESIA

Intorduction: The current most frequent health problem is Musculoskeletal Disorder (MSDs), which is pain in the neck muscles. Neck pain is a complaint taken at the back of the upper spine or cervical. Many factors affect neck pain. This study aims to determine the relationship of each risk factors with neck pain.
Methods: This research was a descriptive cross sectional study involving 43 respondents based on the purposive sampling method. Risk factors taken were age, sex, years of service, work attitude, equality of shoulder height, and work posture measurements using Hand Arm Risk-Assesment Method (HARM)) and using the Visual Analog Scale (VAS) to assess the level of neck pain.
Results: Data analysis using spearman with a value of p < 0.05 for years of service and work posture and the others factors with a value of p > 0.05 for sex, age, work attitude and equality of shoulder height that showed there was not significant relationship between gender, age, work attitude and equality of shoulder height with neck pain.
Conclusion: There was a significant relationship between years of service and work posture with neck pain and there was not significant relationship between gender, age, work attitude and equality of shoulder height with neck pain.
HUBUNGAN PENGETAHUAN DAN PERILAKU PASIEN TENTANG PENATALAKSANAAN DIABETES MELLITUS DI BANJARBARU KALIMANTAN SELATAN

Introduction: In patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (DM), sufficient knowledge and behavior are important for adherence to the lifelong treatment. The aim of this study is to measure the correlation between knowledge and behavior about the treatment of DM in diabetic patients in Kelurahan Cempaka.
Methods: This is a cross-sectional study using a simple random sampling technique, with a total of 60 participants. We used a questionnaire on patients’ knowledge and behavior pertaining the treatment of type 2 DM.
Result:From this study, we found that there is a significant correlation between knowledge and behaviour regarding the treatment in patients with type 2 DM (p<0.001).
Conclusion:Knowledge has an important role in tailoring people’s behavior to carry out appropriate treatment in order to optimize the health status.
HUBUNGAN EFIKASI DIRI DENGAN KEPATUHAN MELAKUKAN LATIHAN FISIK PADA PASIEN DIABETES MELLITUS TIPE 2

Introduction: Diabetes mellitus is a chronic disease, and type 2 DM accounts for 90-95% of total diabetes. Adherence to implementation of physical exercise is very necessary for patients with DM. Self efficacy in diabetic patients can improve the adherence for medications and success to control the sugar levels.
Methods:We aimed to analyze the correlation between self efficacy and adherence to physical exercises in type 2 diabetes patients. This is a descriptive cross-sectional study with purposive sampling method. In total, we recruit 60 respondents during December 2018. We used two types of questionnires: self efficacy and adherence to physical exercises to measure the variable of interest.
Result:We found that there was a correlation between self efficacy and adherence to physical exercises in type 2 diabetic patients (p<0.001).
Conclusion: Appropriate self efficacy could improve patients’ adherence to manage the advised physical examination.
EDUKASI MENINGKATKAN PENGETAHUAN TENTANG PERAWATAN KAKI PADA PENDERITA DIABETES MELITUS DI KELURAHAN CEMPAKA

Introduction: Diabetes mellitus is a chronic metabolic caused by the inability of the body to produce adequate of insulin or the body is unable to used insulin effectively so that hyperglycemia occurs.foot care in people with diabetes mellitus is important. Regular foot care can reduce the incidence of amputation as much 49-85%. Education is a promotion of healthy life that is necessary and always done, education is one part of prevention efforts and the most important of the management of holistic diabetes mellitus includes education about foot care. This study aims to determine the description of knowledge after being educated about foot care of client diabetes mellitus in Kelurahan Cempaka.
Methods:This study used the pre experimental method with one shot case study. There were of 30 patients with diabetes melitus in Kelurahan Cempaka of Desember 2018.
Result:This research used simple random sampling. Posttest was three days after the intervention. The instruments used demographic questionnaires and questionnaires about foot care knowledge.
Conclusion: The knowledge of respondents after being given education was good with mean 38.87. that is as much as 23 person (76.7%). Education is effective in improving knowledge of patient with diabetes mellitus about foot care.
