About the Journal
Focus and Scope
Jurnal Legislatif aims to offer an academic platform for cross-border legal research in a wide range of governance policies and civil rights law. But not limited to various fields such as civil law, criminal law, constitutional and administrative law, air and space law, customary institution law, religious jurisprudence law, international regime law, legal pluralism government, and other sections related to contemporary issues in the field of law.
Peer Review Process
Every published article will go through a double-blind review process. Therefore, the decision whether or not to accept scientific articles is the right of the Editorial Board based on recommendations from peer reviewers.
Publication Frequency
This journal is published 2 (two) times a year.
Journal History
The Jurnal Legislatif was formed by the Student Activity Unit of the Institute for Reasoning and Writing of Scientific Work at the Faculty of Law, Hasanuddin University (UKM LP2KI FH-UH). The Legislative Journal is a manifestation of the LP2KI's vision and mission to become a driving force in the development of a culture of writing scientific papers
