Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan manajemen reward terhadap kinerja karyawan milenial melalui kepuasan kerja karyawan. Studi kasus ini akan dilakukan pada PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket yang disebar secara online. Teknik analisis menggunakan uji Sobel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, 1) Ada pengaruh positif antara variabel Reward system terhadap Kinerja Karyawan millennials Bank BTN, 2) Ada pengaruh negatif antara variabel Transformational Leadership terhadap Kinerja Karyawan millennials Bank BTN, 3) Ada pengaruh positif antara variabel Kepuasan kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan millennials Bank BTN, 4) Ada pengaruh positif antara variabel Reward system terhadap Kepuasan kerja karyawan millennials Bank BTN, 5) Ada pengaruh positif antara variabel Reward system terhadap Kepuasan kerja karyawan millennials Bank BTN, 6) Reward System berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Employee Performance secara tidak langsung melalui Job Satisfaction, 7) Gaya kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Employee Performance secara tidak langsung melalui Job Satisfaction. This research aims to analyze the influence of leadership style and reward management on millennial employee performance through employee job satisfaction. This case study will be carried out at PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk. This research uses a quantitative approach with data collection techniques using questionnaires distributed online. The data analysis technique was using Sobel test. The results of the research show that, 1) There is a positive influence between the Reward system variable on the Performance of Bank BTN millennial employees, 2) There is a negative influence between the Transformational Leadership variable on the Performance of Bank BTN millennial employees, 3) There is a positive influence between the Job Satisfaction variable on the Performance of millennial employees Bank BTN, 4) There is a positive influence between the Reward system variable on the job satisfaction of Bank BTN millennial employees, 5) There is a positive influence between the Reward system variable on the job satisfaction of Bank BTN millennial employees, 6) The Reward System has a significant positive influence on Employee Performance indirectly through Job Satisfaction, 7) Transformational leadership style has a significant positive effect on Employee Performance indirectly through Job Satisfaction.
