However, academic writing differs significantly from non-academic writing. It is inherently objective, grounded in research facts, and supported by citations from existing studies to substantiate or refute arguments. In contrast, non-academic writing is subjective and does not require the use of factual evidence in every analysis. This fundamental difference poses a challenge for academic writing, particularly for novice researchers.
Saldy Yusuf Copyright (c) 2024 Indonesian Contemporary Nursing Journal (ICON Journal) https://journal-old.unhas.ac.id/index.php/icon/article/view/36836 Wed, 28 Aug 2024 00:00:00 +0000 Use of Silver Dressing on Diabetic Ulcers During Infection: Case Report https://journal-old.unhas.ac.id/index.php/icon/article/view/35190
Aims: This study aimed to describe the results of applying silver dressing on diabetic ulcers during infection in patients with infected wounds on digiti one pedis dextra.

Methods: This research uses a descriptive design, namely a case study with a nursing approach consisting of assessment, analysis of problem formulation, formulation of nursing diagnosis, intervention, implementation, evaluation, and nursing documentation.
