The pandemic crisis situation, on the other hand, has not diminished radical terrorism groups; instead, it has been used to expand networks through the digital world and to target millennial youth groups. This article examines the shortcomings of government strategies in combating digital radicalization during the COVID 19 epidemic, notably the Government Regulation (PP) Number 77 of 2019.
