Hasanuddin Justice and Society (HJS) published by Law, Society, and Development Department.

Hasanuddin Justice and Society (HJS) is an open access and peer-reviewed journal that aims to offer an national and international academic platform in multi-diciplinary of Law, Society, and Development studies as Progressive Law. Journal scope is Sociology of Law, Sociological Jurisprudence, Psychology of Law, Forensic and Law, Law and Economics, Anthropology of Law, Law and Politics, Law and Society, Law and Development, Human Rights, Alternative Dispute Resolution, Legal Pluralism, Public Policy, Public Administration, and another section related to contemporary issues in legal scholarship. The article based of legal research doing with an empirical research or normative-empiric research.

The articles published in HJS are going through a double-blind peer-review process. Hence, the decision on whether the scientific article is accepted or not, will be the Editorial Board's right based on the peer reviewer's recommendation.

Please read and understand the authors's guidelines for the preparation manuscript. The author who submits a manuscirpt to the editors should comply with the author's guidelines and template. If the submitted manuscript does not comply with the guidelines or using a different format, it will be rejected by the editorial team before being reviewed. The editorial team will only accept a manuscript that meets the specified formatting requirements.
