Abstract

This study aims to analyze (1) the influence of organizational culture on employee performance at PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk Makassar Branch and (2) the influence of organizational culture on employee performance with work motivation at PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk Makassar Branch, (3 ) the influence of organizational culture on employee performance with organizational commitment at PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk Makassar Branch. Data were collected through observation and distribution questionnaires. Data analysis used descriptive analysis techniques, validity and reliability tests, path analysis, Sobel test. The results of the research analysis show that there is a significant partial effect of organizational culture on employee performance at PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk Makassar Branch. There is a significant effect of organizational culture on employee performance of PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk Makassar Branch which is mediated by work motivation. There is a significant influence of organizational culture on employee performance of PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk Makassar Branch which is mediated by organizational commitment.
