THE EFFECT OF JOB STRESS, JOB SATISFICATION ORGANIZATIONALCOMMITMENT AND SELFESTEEM ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE

This study aims to determine the effect of work stress , job satisfaction , organizational commitment and self-esteem on employee performance at RSUD.H.Andi Sulthan Daeng Radja, Bulukumba Regency. This research is a quantitative research with research subjects as many as 177 employees. data collection using a questionnaire, while data analysis using the SEM model using the IBM SPSS AMOS V.23 Program. The re- sults of the study show that work stress has a direct and significant negative effect on organizational com- mitment. Job stress has a direct positive but not significant effect on performance. Job satisfaction has a di- rect and significant negative effect on organizational commitment. Job satisfaction has a direct negative and significant effect on employee performance. Organizational commitment has a direct and significant nega- tive effect on employee performance. Job stress has a positive and significant indirect effect on performance through organizational commitment. Job satisfaction has an indirect but not significant positive effect on performance through organizational commitment. The effect of job stress on performance is not significantly moderated by employee self-esteem. Job satisfaction on employee performance is significantly moderated by employee self-esteemDownloads
